1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Decker Tours (Decker Enterprises) ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our studio website (decker.enterprises), browser game builds (play.decker.enterprises), and the Power Plant Architect game across all supported platforms, including the TikTok Mini Game edition.
By accessing our sites or launching the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access our website or play our games.
2. License to Play & Intellectual Property
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Power Plant Architect for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
All rights, title, and interest in and to Power Plant Architect—including its game engine logic, simulation code, thermodynamic calculations, visual art, user interfaces, branding, and audio assets—are the exclusive intellectual property of Decker Tours (Decker Enterprises) and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
3. Virtual Items & Platform Purchases
Power Plant Architect may offer virtual items, boosters, cosmetic skins, or currency ("Virtual Goods") within the game, such as through the TikTok Mini Game edition.
- Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and do not constitute personal property.
- All in-app purchases are processed through the respective distribution platform (such as TikTok or Google Play) and are subject to that platform's payment terms, billing policies, and refund rules.
- We reserve the right to regulate, modify, or eliminate Virtual Goods in the interest of game balance without liability to you.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the game or backend services.
- Use exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, or third-party unauthorized software to modify game state or bypass purchase systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on servers, networks, or infrastructure supporting our games or website.
- Use the game or communication channels to distribute unlawful, harassing, or malicious content.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Power Plant Architect and our web services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, bug-free operation. Simulation data, thermal equations, and electrical grid figures are intended for gaming entertainment and educational tycoon gameplay, not real-world industrial or facility engineering decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Decker Tours (Decker Enterprises) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or equipment damage, arising from your access to, use of, or inability to access our games or website.
